I’m also the Founder and Creative Director of Aly Ann Events, a business I created purely out of my love for designing beautiful high-end weddings for couples all over the world. With my team, we are dedicated to eliminating stress and keeping everything we do transparent.
As a hands-on international wedding planner with works recognized all over the world, I rely on intuition, design expertise and inspiration to create weddings that my clients and their guests can talk about for a very very long time.
I lean on my years of experience in Real Estate Finance and Hospitality to stay organized and adapt to new situations - because, as you know, it rarely goes as planned. But here’s what I can promise you: an experience that is exceptional, vendors that are incredibly talented, unparalleled coordination, and wedding design that is magazine-worthy.
When I’m not hopping on a plane to exciting wedding destinations, I’m home, in sunny San Diego with my husband and our French Bulldog, Mia. On our days off, you’ll find us on the golf course or exploring local restaurants.

Growing up with a Filipino Grandmother, I was exposed to various foods at a young age. This interest in international cuisine has led me to the most memorable experiences abroad and lots of cooking classes. During a site visit trip to the Belmond Villa San Michele in Florence, I attended a cooking course where I was taught to create gnocchi and traditional tiramisu from scratch.

It is true what they say, the wedding day goes by in a blink of an eye. When my husband and I got married in 2018, we made the intentional decision to do a first look. This remains one of my most precious memories. Not only did this allow us to have an intimate one-on-one moment before celebrating with our friends and family, but it provided the opportunity to soak in the beauty around us.
Unique Elements from Our Wedding Ceremony
In lieu of gifts, Adam and I exchanged handwritten letters on the morning of our wedding day, reflecting on how far we have come and the incredible journey ahead as husband and wife. Following the official vows during our ceremony, our officiant handed each of us a rose, our first gift to one another as husband and wife. He encouraged us to remember how we were feeling in that moment and to hold on to it as we grow together through life's highs and lows. Nearly five years later, Adam and I cherish the symbolism of a single red rose and love the warmth it brings into our home.
